New Prospect Theatre has several options for venue rental. Please send an email to our gmail account for a quote. Please fill out as much info as possible to get an accurate quote. Include the preferred dates, alternate dates, show title, contact person’s info, set style (Fringe or installed), registered company’s name (if you have one) and any other pertinent information.

A word about sets – “Fringe Style” means your set can be loaded in and installed on the day of performance.

Bookings are first-come first-served.

Space will be confirmed once the deposit is received, and the rental agreement is signed. Until then, we may notify you that there is another show waiting for confirmation and the first to put down a deposit will receive the time slot.

The exception is that rehearsal space and times are prioritized in relation to the opening day of the performance(s) and staff availability.

Once your timeslot is confirmed please provide us with the following so we can post your event to the website and promote it to our members & donors.

At least two posters for posting in the venue – 81/2 x 11 or 11×17

Short description of event

A 2400 x 1600 px (preferred) jpeg of the poster or promotional photo for web posting

Any additional promotional/ event info you would like to add (example: sponsor info, website links, trigger warnings)   

New Prospect Theatre is a non-adjudicated space and is open to all performances if there are space and timeslots available.

All we ask is please refrain from using glitter in your event. (Also, our Empress of Paperwork Margaret is not allowed to wear her parrot costume ever in the venue since it “molts”.)
