To Whom It May Concern is a live monthly show featuring real letters folks have written or received, old family letters, letters from the Whatcom Museum Archives, improvised letters based on audience suggestions and those letters we only wish we could write. A musician accompanies the letters for an evening of Bellingham history and stories.
