DESCRIPTION:Local folk group The Living Arrows captivates audiences of all ages with enchanting harmonies and toe tapping rhythms; their shows have been known to inspire listeners to dance\, sing\, laugh\, and cry. Cello and saxophone dance alongside acoustic guitar to create a warm and golden soundscape. \nInfluenced by a range of artists – from Simon and Garfunkel to Bon Iver – a TLA show is powered by catchy melodies\, emotional depth\, and a unique flare that opens the heart and stirs the spirit. \nBad Posture Club is a queer folk duo made up of Maren Day and Morgan Kavanagh. Originally from Northwestern Washington\, they’ve toured nationally\, as well as spent formative years in the Midwest music scene. Together they craft intricate and experimental harmonies with their two voices\, banjo\, guitar\, and a 100 year old pump organ. Bad Posture Club invites the listener to hear the power in quiet\, intimate music\, and offers warmth and reflection through song.
