DESCRIPTION:Have you ever sailed with a pirate\, been haunted by a shipwreck\, or come face-to-face with a giant Kraken? You can this September with Tales of the Sea at the New Prospect Theatre. \nEnjoy eleven nautical one-act plays and performances from local playwrights and actors. Ranging from comedy to horror to drama\, Tales of the Sea has something for every salty dog and scurvy cutthroat. \nA Port Hadlock fisherman waits for the big one\, a selkie discovers her purpose\, a marooned sailor loses their mind\, and Jack Rackham\, Anne Bonney\, and Mary Reed settle some scores. Experience song\, dance\, puppetry\, and a hearty casket of pirate puns. Discover all these stories and more. \nPerformances Sept. 5th-6th\, and 12th-13th at 7:00PM and matinee shows at 2:00 PM on Sept 7th and 14th at the New Prospect Theatre.
