DESCRIPTION:STORY HOUR GOES PRIME TIME WITH HIGH TIME ON 4-20\nTrue Stories told about those times we’re pretty sure we remember?\nIn honor of 4:20- Bellingham Story Hour brings you cute and cautionary TRUE tales about high times.\nTrue stories about the highest of highs will be interspersed with anonymous confessions from the audience set to improvised songs\, anonymous audience poll results and more!Stories can be entertaining\, heartwarming\, educational\, cringe inducing\, shame releasing\, vulnerable\, weird\, and all of the things in-between but they are always true\, always your own experience\, and always rewarding to tell and hear. \nPut your name in the “hat”* for the chance to tell your own 5 to 10 minute story live on stage\, or just enjoy listening to the true tales and authentic adventures of your friends and neighbors. \nRead story guidelines and community agreements online! \nDoors open at 6:30:For Drinks and Polls and Surveys and Photo Ops and New Friends and A General Festive Situation. \nSign Up To Share a Story starting at 6:30 pm. \nShow starts at 7:00 \nBasic Guidelines for Storytellers: \nRead the complete guidelines online before signing up! \nNo scripts\, no notes\, no props\, no performance pieces\, no poems\, no stand up\, no rants\, no unprocessed therapy\, \n\nPerformers for Story Hour will be chosen randomly from participants who self-submitted for the evening\nAll stories will be between five to ten minutes with a time moderator to help folx stay in their time limit\nPlease offer content warnings for any seriously triggering subjects presented in your story\nCensoring will not be employed\, but if a story being presented is clearly breaking Community Agreements or causing clear harm to the audience\, the performer will be asked to leave the stage and future performances may depend on a prescreening from the host.\nAll ages will be in attendance\, so plan accordingly.\nAttending a workshop is not necessary to participate but it can make a huge difference in both your content and delivery!\n\n  \nTickets:  https://www.bellinghamstoryhour.com/
